Runs the server-side GitHub sync and records the attempt in the audit timeline.
GitHub credential not configured
Manual sync is disabled because no GITHUB_TOKEN is present in the server secrets. Add it in Project Settings → Secrets (optionally with GITHUB_ORG) and this control will enable itself. The token is only ever read on the server and is never sent to the browser.
